Our facility owns technologically advanced and high-precision machinery.
The machinery consists of single-spindle sliding headstock lathes operated by cams
and high-precision CNC single-spindle lathes, equipped with radial and front driven tools with continuous C spindle axle, all of them equipped with autoloaders. Thanks to those choices we are able to meet the need for large batch production with short timing, for medium batch production as well as for the creation of special technically

more complex solutions while always
ensuring high standards of reliability and accuracy. Besides this, we have a wide range of auxiliary machine tools (sharpeners, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, end-trimming machines, cutting-off machines and so on) with which we are able to create, modify and sharpen most of the equipment required for production.

Motivated by the need to pay particular attention to the preservation of surface quality, we already use top modern systems for washing and cleaning our products.

This special attention to technology upgrading allows us to keep up with innovation and is a result of our target to increasingly reduce production time and costs. In the same time this allows us to achieve continuous improvement in quality and reliability of our products.
