Contact measurement system by special attachment “Renishaw”. By using a stylus with a synthetic ruby sphere we can perform measurements of complex shapes and profiles (detection direction ±X; ±Y; ±Z), geometric tolerance checks and create relationships between 3D elements. This probing system increase the efficiency, the quality level and accuracy of our products.

Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-410/411 is a device for measuring roughness, according to various international standards (EN ISO, VDA, ANSI, JIS) and personalized settings. The device is able to measure roughness on flat surfaces, curved surfaces and holes from a minimum diameter of 0.8 mm.

Vision Engineering’s Falcon CNC is a 3 axis compact semi-automated measuring system that allows to carry out measurements with contact (Feeler) or without contact using one only system, designed to give cost-effective accurate results. The 5-position zoom optics (from 10x to 100x) provides a high resolution clear image of intricate parts.
Accurate repeatable results are guaranteed thanks to NLEC (Non Linear Error Correction) and SLEC (Segment Linear Error Correction) calibrations.
